How long does it take?
Custom sauna timing depends on the scope and site. Koda stock and preorder timing can change, so we confirm the current window in writing before you commit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Afterpay and Zip are available for eligible purchases. Payment stages for a custom build are set out clearly in the written proposal and contract before work starts.
Is installation included?
Installation is scoped and quoted for the actual Sydney site. Access, base preparation, services and the selected sauna all affect the work, so the written proposal shows the installation cost before you commit.
What materials do you use?
Custom saunas are built from Western red cedar. Koda prefab saunas use thermo-treated timber. Heaters are supplied by SAWO Finland and sized to the room or selected Koda model.
Can you build to fit my specific space?
That's literally what we do. Odd-shaped rooms, rooftop terraces, tight backyards. We measure up and build to your exact dimensions.
What warranty do you offer?
Structure and workmanship carry a 2-year residential warranty. Heaters and electrical components carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. We stand behind everything we sell.
