Using a sauna carries physical risks, including:

• Overheating, dehydration, or heat stroke.
• Dizziness, faintness, or strain on the heart.
• Aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
• Slips, trips, or falls.

You are responsible for your own safety and must follow all provided guidelines.

Site evaluations rely on customer-supplied images or descriptions. Zerenity is not liable for ground instability, drainage problems, water ingress, or electrical or plumbing faults caused by unauthorised contractors. You remain responsible for safe site conditions during and after installation.

Natural materials like timber and stone show expected variation in appearance, which is not considered a defect. Minor timber movement occurs naturally, and handcrafted items may differ slightly from renders.

We exclude liability for indirect damages, business losses, reputational harm, or injury from misuse. Total liability is capped at the original purchase price.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
